Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
The minimum order is one FCL 20” container
In a 20″ FCL container fits 17.5 – 18 tons (without pallet).
In a 40″ FCL container fits 25 – 26 tons (without pallet).

Frequently asked questions
- Does Calidad Coco Indonesia provide sample? How can I get the sample?
Yes we provide free sample. However, the delivery fee will be paid by the customer. You can get the sample by contacting us via email or whatsapp. Our sales representative will help you with the sample.
- How to order?
To order, you can simply contact us via email or whatsapp. Our sales assistant will assist you.
- Can I visit the factory?
Yes, you are welcome to visit our factory. Our factory is located in Sidenreng Rappang, South Sulawesi. The nearest airport in Makassar Airport. Let us know your arrival date and time, we will pick you up at the airport.
- Can I use my own brand on the box?
Yes, we produce charcoal under our customer’s brand and design. After the down payment you just have to send us the design and we will print it.
- What is the payment terms?
In terms of payment, we only accept TT (Telegraphic Transfer) to our company’s bank account. 50% advance payment and 50% after scanned B/L. After receiving the advance payment, we will start the production along with the printing of the boxes.
Note:
All payment must be made under the bank account with the name “PT Calidad Coco Indonesia”.
We do not accept any other form of payment such as Bitcoin and other payment method.
- How long does it take to prepare 1 container?
It will take 25 – 35 days to prepare 1 container. The production time will only take 5 days. The printing and packing will take around 2 – 3 weeks. However, it will take a shorter time period for repeating order.
